Delivery & Return Policy
- SANYA PLUS FASHION will endeavor to ensure the delivery of your items promised at the time of placing the order. Typically, it takes 3-4 Working days to deliver an order. The order will be delivered in 7-10 days during the Eid holidays.
- We offer free delivery for over BD 15. Anything below BD15 will be charged BD 1 as shipping cost.
- For COD (cash on delivery) , In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.
- We shall be able to deliver the goods on or before the promised date, however, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery dates, a reasonable communication will be sent with the revised details. Also, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

in case of any faults, defects, or damages. You may be asked to provide the documents (official invoice or receipt) delivered with the product, upon request.
- If you are not available to take delivery or collection, our courier partner will try to contact you for a re-delivery.
- If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the product from the courier we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) no longer make the product available for re-delivery and will notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order, in which case we will refund the amount of the cancelled products as per our return and refund policies.
- Our courier will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of the first attempt of delivery. After 3 delivery attempts, we will be cancelling the order on our end.
- In case you need to return any product, you can take the product along with the original receipt to any of our branches.
- In our return policy, a credit note is provided to the customer, which can be used to purchase any product from any of our branches.
- In case we find any damaged product, we will not accept the return.
- Returns can only be claimed within 15 days with the original receipt.
- Due to hygiene reasons, Undergarments & Swimsuits are strictly Non - Exchangeable.
- Discounted / Clearance Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
